I work with companies across London to photograph corporate headshots for teams of all sizes, from small businesses to large organisations.

For team sessions I bring a full portable studio setup directly to your office, including professional lighting and backdrops, so employees can be photographed efficiently without needing to travel to a studio.

I regularly photograph teams ranging from just a few people to 20, 50 or even 100 employees in a single day, creating a consistent set of professional headshots across the company.

These sessions are carefully organised so the process runs smoothly and causes minimal disruption to the working day. Each person is guided through the process so they feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera, even if they normally dislike having their photograph taken.

All final images are professionally edited and retouched, ensuring a polished and consistent look across the organisation while still keeping the photographs natural and authentic.

Studio Backdrops or Environmental Headshots

Headshots can be photographed in a couple of different ways depending on the style you prefer.

Plain backdrop headshots

These create a clean, timeless look that works particularly well for corporate websites, LinkedIn profiles and company directories. Using portable backdrops and professional lighting, I can create a studio-style setup either in my SE20 studio or directly in your office.

Environmental headshots

Environmental headshots use your office space or working environment as the background. These images tend to feel slightly more relaxed and can really help convey the personality and culture of a business while still maintaining a professional feel.

Many clients choose to have both styles during the same session. This gives you a mix of images to use in different places — for example a clean backdrop headshot for LinkedIn and company profiles, alongside more natural environmental images for websites, press features or marketing materials.

    For larger corporate headshot days where I’m photographing a lot of people, each person may only take a few minutes to photograph. This allows multiple team members to be photographed efficiently throughout the day while keeping disruption to the working day to a minimum.

    For smaller teams or individual sessions where you might want different backgrounds, outfit changes or a few variations, we usually allow more time. In those cases a session might take around an hour so we can capture a range of natural images and give you plenty of choice.

    When we plan the shoot we’ll talk through exactly what you need and make sure enough time is allocated so everything runs smoothly.
