Over the past 15 years I’ve had the pleasure of photographing entrepreneurs, business owners, corporate teams and families across London. Many of the people who come to me start by saying they feel awkward in front of the camera or that they “hate having their photo taken” — which is exactly why they book me.

Creating a relaxed, supportive experience where people feel comfortable is incredibly important to me, and nothing makes me happier than hearing that someone now has photographs they feel proud to use and share.

“I usually don't like photos of myself because I don't feel they look like me. Claire put me at ease from the start. I didn't need to wear make-up or do silly poses. I didn't even need to find my own location for the shoot. And I got to take my dog with me! The photos were fabulous, especially the ones with my dog in them too. My only problem was whittling it down to the final selection. If you don't like getting your photo taken Claire will make it easy, fun and you'll love the photos as well.

Like many of us, I was feeling rather self-conscious about having my photo taken. Well, there was really no need, as Claire worked her magic, gave me plenty of pre-shoot tips and created such a relaxed environment on the day of the shoot. She managed to capture me as me! Not the me that I usually look like when a camera is shoved in front of my face! I am so pleased with the collection, some wonderful action photos of me cooking with the children and also some lovely, natural still shots. I couldn't recommend Claire more highly, she's a very gifted person, both in her ability to make you feel at ease & of course, her super set of photography skills.

Claire is patient, kind and a lot of fun. I, like everybody else, felt very uncomfortable having photos taken of me for my website, however, Claire managed to take what I think is the best photo of me ever along with others that I also feel very happy with. Her smile is infectious - it’s impossible not to smile back at the camera! I had a lot of fun and there was a lot of laughter.
